The failure of the Muckleshoot Planning Division or Commission to comply with or to meet any of the time requirements set out under this Ordinance shall not be a basis to invalidate any action taken, order made or recommendation given. Provided, any person or entity may seek a writ of mandamus from the Muckleshoot Tribal Court to compel the Planning Division or Commission to comply with any time limit set out in this Ordinance. The Tribal Court in granting such a request shall not impose any monetary sanctions nor award attorney fees or costs.
