7.13.040 Appellate Proceedings.

a) Appeals from the court shall be conducted in accordance with the appellate rules governing appeals from the Tribal Court, to the extent that:
1) Such rules are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter;
2) The time limits imposed by those rules, when applied in conjunction with the provisions of this chapter, do not unduly burden the right to appeal.
