6.16.040 Muckleshoot Court of Justice Jurisdiction to Hear Disputes.

The Muckleshoot Court of Justice shall have original jurisdiction to hear any civil tort action brought by one Tribal member against another Tribal member arising out of treaty fishing. [Ord. 22-163.]
