This ordinance is reenacted and recodified as Title 19, and is effective September 17, 1981, pursuant to Resolution No. 81-57-11, and supersedes the Enterprise Ordinance adopted April 13, 1978. (Resolution No. 78-39-8), and amended May 25, 1978 (Resolution No. 78-56-8 and resolution No. 78-63-8).
