12.08.020 Standards for Reduction or Waiver.

MCFS may waive, reduce, or suspend the amount of such an attachment requested, based on the following criteria:
a) The affected parent’s diligence in compliance with any ordered or agreed plan requirements;
b) Whether the parent is incarcerated or otherwise unable to work; or
c) Whether the parent has entered an agreement to repay such funds, and record of performance under the agreement.
